It’s been over a year since I’ve done a What’s for Dinner post and I kind of missed it! It’s fun looking back at what we eat. Well fun for me, at least 😛
Here are some of the things we nommed on this past week-
Lentil soup with turkey sausage. I usually make soup at least once a week, and this is a favorite. I’ll post the recipe this week.
Fish with tomatoes and parmesan with zucchini crisps and salad. This is my standard no-brainer fish recipe. Fish + can of tomatoes drained + basil. Cook on 350 for 15 minutes then add parm. I tried out this recipe for zucchini crisps for the first time. Mine weren’t crispy, but they had a good flavor.
Popcorn and hot chocolate. This is pretty random, but I’m trying to clear out my pantry and freezer before we move. So I’m eating weird combinations of things that I might not ordinarily. Like lime flavored popcorn and hot chocolate. Which is not as tasty as pork rinds and chocolate milk, but similar idea.
There were other meals, but I’ve been really bad about taking food pics this year. Will try to do better this week.

New hummus recipe
My favorite shrimp salad or shrimp and grits
Something with steak
Egg and mushroom bake
Something with quinoa, possibly tabbouleh
